SeedGenius Terms of Service

SeedGenius is provided as a beta version, which means:

• It may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
• It is offered “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Features and functionality may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice.

You use SeedGenius at your own risk.

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use SeedGenius solely for lawful purposes, including:

• Generating non-production seed data.
• Experimenting with application development or testing workflows.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for malicious or illegal activities.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute SeedGenius.
• Use it to generate real or sensitive data without safeguards.

By submitting feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate your suggestions into the Service or related products.

SeedGenius may collect limited, anonymized data such as usage patterns or error logs to improve the Service. No personally identifiable information is collected unless explicitly provided by you.

All intellectual property related to SeedGenius is owned by us. These Terms do not grant ownership or rights beyond the limited license stated above.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SeedGenius at any time, for any reason, without liability. You may also discontinue use at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeedGenius and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll update the effective date above. Continued use of SeedGenius after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
